Das Pelopeion - Heiliger Bezirk des Pelops
Blick über die Umgrenzugsmauer in das Temenos von Ostn her
gesehen. Im Vordergrund der niedrige Hügel. Es ist kein
Grabhügel. Links ist der Torbau des Pelopeion zu sehen, in der
Mitte der westlich gelegene Rundbau des Alexander, das Philippeion,
rechts der westliche Teil des Heraion.

The Pelopeion - The Pelopeion - holy district of the Pelops.
Look above the wall, them the holy district surrounds in the Temenos.
In the foreground the low hill. It is no grave-mound. On the left
(southwest) the gate construction of the Pelopeion is to be seen, in
the middle the rotunda situated to the west of Alexander, the
Philippeion, on the right (northwesterly) the Heraion.

Le regard sur le mur, eux le saint arrondissement entoure dans Temenos.
Au premier plan la basse colline. Il n'est aucun tertre
funéraire. A gauche (de sud-ouest), la construction de porte du
Pelopeion est à voir, au centre la rotonde située
à l'ouest d'Alexandre, le Philippeion, à droite (de
nord-ouest) l'Heraion.
